Orders will be ready to be shipped within 7-10 business days by Canada Post.

If you need your item rushed, please contact me and we can discuss expedited shipping. 

Shipping within Canada and USA is FREE on all orders of $100+.

Custom Orders can be expected to ship within 2-3 weeks, thank you for your patience.

***INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING***

International orders are shipped with Canada Post. Lor G Jewellery is not responsible for any customs fees that are incurred by claiming the total cost of the parcel. Lor G Jewellery is not responsible for any items LOST OR STOLEN by either country's postal service, this is a risk that must be assessed when purchasing over seas. The shipping cost only covers postage, not insurance.

Because each piece is custom made to order, all sales are final. I ask that you thoroughly read the item description, and examine the product photos and ask any questions before making a purchase. If you have any specific questions regarding an items specifications, please contact me and I will do my best to provide you with any information that you may need.

WRONG SIZE

Understandably mistakes happen. If you receive your ring in a wrong size, no worries! Sizing is free however costs of shipping must be covered by the buyer! Contact us for sizing issues here

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS

Being Canadian, I know all about the woes of shopping online! The high exchange rates, high shipping costs, excise / taxes / import and duties fees … Unfortunately our website platform does not allow for multiple currencies at the moment.

​

​In order to compensate, ALL prices (listed in USD) are tax included. Shipping is also free. Being shipped from Canada also means that no import fees will be charged!
