Whether your Lor G Jewellery piece broke, or you just don’t wear/want it anymore, we will trade your piece(s) for store credit, that can be used on our online shop.

2. You send your unwanted, broken piece to us

3. We evaluate and price it

I'm ready to trade my unwanted / broken piece, where do I send it?

Please contact us with the subject "Recycle" so we can provide detailed shipping instructions.

How much is my unwanted / broken piece worth? 

The price offered is dependent on its metal and gram weight.

 

I sent my unwanted / broken piece in, but I've changed my mind!

We cannot guarantee that your piece(s) will be available for return. 

Make sure you are ready to recycle it before sending.

 

Can I sell my scrap gold or diamonds?

Genuine stones, including diamonds, are not currently offered for recycling as the grading and appraisal process is both lengthy and costly. Any stones in your scrap gold will by removed before the metal is weighed. We cannot ship removed stones back to you because of customs and security issues.

Can I use my scrap metal to make something else?

Absolutely! This would be considered a custom project so please contact us first.

 

What do you do with my unwanted / broken piece?

Depending of the state of the piece sent in, we will offer it in our samples section to try and give it a new life, or melt it down to reuse the metal.
